What Media Player do we support?
We only support Carbon Player and UMP, we do not support TIVIMATE or any other.
Our Carbon Player is very similar to GenPlay, so if you are familiar with it, you will feel comfortable with ours.
How to install Carbon Player
For IOS/ROKU devices use our web Player from any major web browser (Chrome/Safari/FireFox)
Please follow these steps to download our app on your Amazon Device.
- Turning on the “App from unknown sources”
- Go to “Device Settings”
- Go to “Device” or “My Fire TV”
- Go to “Developer Options”
- Select “Apps from Unknown Sources” then turn it “ON”
- Press the “HOME” button on the Device remote
- Open the “Downloader”.
- Type in the link https://tinyurl.com/crbn9411 then hit GO
- Hit “Install”.
- It will download the app on the device.
- Hit “Open”.
- Type in the Service ID provided
- Type in your credentials (Provided at the top).
Please follow these steps to download our app on your Android Device.
- Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Safari, etc.)
- Type in the link https://tinyurl.com/crbn9411 then hit GO
- The app should start downloading automatically.
- Once downloaded on your device, tap or double click on it.
- Hit “Open”.
- Type in the Service ID provided
- Type in your credentials (Provided at the top).
Refunds
There are ABSOLUTLY NO REFUNDS.
For us to consider the refund, please head over to our contact page, fill the form and in your message, include your ORDER #, otherwise your request will not be processed.
If we decide to honor your refund request, your infromation will be placed in blacklisted pool that other providers have access to and will deny you service. Also keep in mind that your financial institution may take up to 24 business days to show your refund back in your account.
How many devices should I use?
If you place an order for 1 month and 1 device, and later decide that you want to upgrade to more devices, you will need to order another month with more devices, the extra time will be added automatically to your subscription and your devices will be upgraded as well, it will take less than 10 minutes for the change to occur and update in our system, but rest assure, once done, you will be set.
If you wish to upgrade from 1 month to 3 months, the same process as describe above applies, the time will be added automatically to your current order so your renewal time will update.
